No. A PMS is only one component. OpenStay combines technology, operations, visibility, distribution, direct booking strategy, reporting, and ongoing support into one coordinated strategy.

The first fifty independent and converting hotels selected to launch with OpenStay and help shape the operating model. Founding properties may receive pilot-specific commercial terms based on property needs and final agreements, along with priority onboarding and direct access to our team.

No. Each qualification request is reviewed for fit, timing, and readiness. We intentionally limit the pilot so we can provide the level of attention each property deserves.

Our team reviews your submission and schedules an introductory conversation. From there we complete a mutual fit review and, if there is alignment, move into a participation agreement, onboarding, and implementation.

Each participating property receives a private, property-specific assessment after the formal relationship begins. The assessment becomes the foundation for implementation and ongoing improvement.
